Executive function skills do not develop all at once but in sequence. All of the executive functions interact with each other and impact how the individuals regulate their behaviour to create positive future outcomes. Executive functions begin to develop by age 2 and are fully developed by age 25.

The coaching session is conducted at the individual’s home or online using zoom.

Each one-on-one coaching session lasts from between 45 minutes to 1 hour. The charges will apply according to the duration.
